Minimum Payout $0.10 cents Only into PayPal Account

This is just an update from MyAllFriends.com which is a Paid Social Networking Website. I was never an active member but so far I had earned $2.713 and today, when I checked my balance, I can see $0.001 only.

I also received this message from the Admin MAF, "Your account has been upgraded to VIP member, now you can earn by sharing content, 50% earning of your referral friend".

According to a New Payout System, the Minimum Payout is $0.10 cents into your PayPal account and not $5 anymore, but what I don't understand is "Where is my money?"My money is gone!.."Was there a need to make everyone a VIP Member?". This is not justified!

Is this a Sign of Scam? Let's wait and watch!
