You can press the "Go Back" button or just again click on PARAMETRES DU COMPTE again inorder to fill out your PAYPAL EMAIL ID. When you do that, you can recieve  AUTOMATIC PAYOUT. Then, click on "APPLIQUER LES PREFERENCES DE PAIEMENT".
